Glass Replacement / Seal Failure

The three most common things that can happen to glass are simple. First, the glass will never have a problem. Second, the neighborhood baseball could break your window. Third, and most common, the glass will develop fog and/or sweat between the panes. This is called a Seal Failure which can be caused by several different things. You could have water leaking in the glass rabbitt, the glass was not sealed properly, or the glass was installed poorly. Some glass is better than others.
