We would like to introduce ourselves and take this opportunity to make you aware of our large selection of in stock casement sashes. Our inventory includes Avon, Weathervane, Parks, MLC, Vetter, BiltBest, and Marvin, to name a few.

All sash are pre-primed, weather-stripped, and include interior wood stops. Sash are available for pick up at our Chesterfield, Michigan location, or can be shipped out to you. If you would like to set up an account, a credit application will be provided.

Most sash are available 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Custom sash pick up date will depend on the size and quantity of the order; usually 3 business days are needed for assembly.

We would prefer that all orders are faxed to (586) 749-8708, P.O.’s can be used if you so desire. We also ask for a contact person on the account as to omit any confusion.

Please note* all above sash rails are in stock and can be ready for pick up in 1-3 days. Any custom sash allow 3 working days for assembly. Please remember for a custom sash we need outside sash dimension only.

When using our stock rail on Avon windows older than 1986, a side filler may be needed.

When using our stock rail on Weathervane or ML windows, please specify 1" prep. We will cut back rail for proper hinge placement at no charge for easy installation. Not necessary for picture or stationary windows. IWR designed sash rails are 3" over glass size. 3/4" glass overall thickness needed.
