The Salesman that first came out to give us a quote, and Ken, the fellow who Did the repairs and installations were both very professional and helpful. Ken wore a mask, and removed his shoes as I had originally requested. He was very good at his job, and you could tell he took pride in his work. I’m already recommending IWR to 3 other people because of the workmanship done today.
